There are many ways to get involved and be part of the making of Tribal Gathering! While the current web info still contains 2024 info and forms, updates are on their way! We will open our applications for TG 2025 participants and contributors starting July 1st!
Below you can find links to all our applications forms to participate as a volunteer in different capacities and selling goods or services at the event.
These are volunteer positions for those already planning to attend Tribal Gathering and able to make their way there. We do not have any ticket refunds available for these positions, except for the pack-down volunteers who fulfill 3 weeks of work successfully.
We offer bracelet credit rewards for food and drinks for those volunteering during the event helping out in the different areas or offering music, performance and workshops. In the great majority of cases a Tribal Gathering pass will also be required to participate but for those exceptional applications we do have a few guest passes available.
All Wellness Practitioners and Vendors must purchase a Tribal Gathering pass before the applications can be approved. They do not receive any rewards but they can charge customers for their services under certain terms and conditions.
