REQUIREMENTS: All stall workers must purchase a ticket for Tribal Gathering 2018 at geostore.tribalgathering.com. If the stall holder wants to sell products he/she will be responsible for arranging a vending license. Tribal Gathering vending licenses are all handled by our local partner Wavy Tribe. GeoParadise will provide the necessary contact information for this purpose to all approved vendors as well as all other necessary information and instructions.
ZERO WASTE POLICY: Exhibits and vendors shall not produce non-compostable waste or distribute non-compostable containers, utensils, and packaging. Please, bring re-usable or easily biodegradable alternatives instead.
SHARE YOUR WISDOM: Tribal Gathering is a place where we gather to share our music, art, dance, culture and wisdom. We encourage all exhibitors and vendors to share their skills with the Tribal Gathering community by hosting a presentation or hands-on workshop. Its also a great way to let the participants know about your products, services and business mission.
HEALING PRACTITIONERS: Vendors offering healing therapies in any modality can provide their services at the Tribal Gathering Wellness premises only. Please, if you are a therapist and want to participate like this, do not submit the form below, please use this form instead to submit your applications.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO CHARITY: All vendors will be required to contribute a percentage of their gross sales to the Charitable Fund of GeoParadise. Indigenous peoples can come, exhibit and sell their artisan products at Tribal Gathering 2018 completely free of charge. They will be encouraged to give a volunteer donation to the Charitable Fund and become active contributors on their community's well-being.
